We do. Customs clearance, phytosanitary certificates, and other export documents are prepared and managed by our team for every shipment. Buyers are also welcome to nominate their own agent for logistics if preferred.
Orders are confirmed against 50% advance payment, and shipments are loaded after receipt of the balance 50% payment. Buyers can also deploy their own agent for the loading survey.
